Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States. That's how we keep delivery at 5–8 business days with free shipping.
How much is shipping?

When will I get my tracking number?
Within 1–3 business days of ordering, by email, the moment your package is dispatched.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unused items in original packaging. Email hello@driftandden.com with your order number and we'll handle the rest.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — in most cases you won't even need to ship anything back.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — we're focused on fast, reliable delivery within the United States first.
