- Delivery takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns
- 30-day return window from the day your order arrives.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- To start a return, email hello@driftandden.com with your order number — we respond within 1 business day.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
- Damaged or defective on arrival? Send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return needed in most cases.
