Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Drift & Den (operated by Crosswave Capital LLC) offers 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. To start a return, email hello@driftandden.com with your order number — we respond within 1 business day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or fully refund — in most cases without a return shipment. Non-returnable: used items that can't be resold for hygiene reasons, and returns after the 30-day window.
